What our children eat and drink affects their health and well being. Many of us as parents struggle at times to to know what to give our children to eat before, during and after training and competition.

This book gives an overview of the importance of nutrition which includes food groups, 6 steps to better health, why nutrition is important in sport, hydration and power foods.

It also includes recipes for breakfast, quick meals and snacks, main meals and puddings treats.

The recipes have been given by swimmers and parents and this is an ideal book to get your children to read and cook some of he recipes.
