Club Roles & Responsibilities
Volunteers are an essential need for the operation of the club and we look towards the Membership to fulfill roles within the Club.
Your support is key to making things a success at your Club
We need to keep a good flow of people to do the work replacing those that leave the club. As a parent you can volunteer for a management type role, coaching poolside helper role, become a swimming official or for fundraising activities. Suppoprt is aso required for the Open Meetings that the club host.
To provide an understanding of the roles in the Club, to help with succession planning, each of the roles has been documented. Further role descriptions will be added to provide an appreciation of what is involved in running a club of our size.
