Glos. County Entries
The County entry form is now available to download.
Please read the following points BEFORE completion:
• The closing date for entries is 30/12/11 NOT the closing date on the entry form. No late entries can be accepted.
• All boxes must be completed and writing/typing must be inside each box.
• It is the swimmer/parent who is responsible for ensuring all information is correct i.e. ASA number, DOB etc. This includes ensuring that the times you enter are inside the QT’s.
• The County will not accept any alteration to the entry form therefore if you make an error DO NOT CROSS OUT OR TIPPEX; please start again using a new entry form. For further information on how to complete your entry form, visit the County website: gcasa.co.uk
• Entries will not be accepted without payment. Cheques to be made payable to “GCSC”.
• Times gained at Time Trials are permissible however it is important that you have swum the QT.
• If you are unsure what events you should enter, please discuss with your Coach, either before or after your usual swim session.
You have not been given much notice for a reason – please complete and return to Bernice a.s.a.p.
